Ancient Byzantine bronze half follis of Emperor Maurice Tiberius, struck at the Theoupolis (Antioch) mint between 582–602 AD.
The obverse features a helmeted and cuirassed bust of Maurice Tiberius holding a globus cruciger. The reverse displays a large “XX” denomination mark with ANNO and regnal year markings, a classic Byzantine bronze design.
